This event is specifically for our CCI member Association Leaders and the active CCI Coaches whose Associations are represented at the gathering.
When:
Sunday 19 October 2025* - Thursday 23 October 2025**
*19 is arrival day, check-in is from 2pm and first meal is dinner at 6pm
**23 is departure day, check out is 10am and last meal is breakfast at 7am
Where:
Brackenhurst Conference and Retreat Centre
Brackenhurst is a stunning conference and retreat centre located just 20 km Northwest of Nairobi.
Price:
The full price of the event is $725 USD per person for a SHARED room and $900 USD per person for a SINGLE room. A holding deposit of $50 USD must be paid by 31 April 2025 to secure your place and the remaining balance will need to be paid in full by 31 August 2025.
This price includes travel between the venue and Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, Kenya on arrival day (19 Oct) and departure day (23 Oct) ONLY. If you wish to travel outside of these days you will need to make your own additional arrangements.
Overview:
The 2025 Gathering will focus on the unity of our global network serving the Lord and each other as we fix our eyes on a vision for the future. Together, we will work on global and contextual strategies to move forward in our mission to expand and support the ministry of Christian camping throughout the world.
